POOR MENTAL HEALTH, ANXIETY, EATING DISORDERS, ISOLATION, DISCONNECTION  AND ADDICTION ARE ON THE INCREASE… Cysylltu… Connecting uses the creative arts to explore, express and understand ourselves and reconnect with others. The diverse group of professional artists committed to delivering the project all have lived experience of this. 

THE FUNDRAISING DINNER on Saturday 24th June at Bwyd Da, Bangor will support a series of trial workshops.   We will see how these could be used as a complementary tool in recovery through social prescribing by medical professionals. 

The material produced will also inform an Interactive Public Sharing in Pontio January 2024...  we have the space booked and Pontio’s support… now we just need the £!!
