During these two weeks of the Experimental Treesense School, we will be finding out “How can we re-imagine our relationships with land and trees for social, environmental and reproductive justice?”. This Cylch will include the following events:
Wednesday 3rd May: Siarter y Coed: Charter of Tree Rights. At Pontio and on zoom. All creatures, whether arboreal or none, to join and learn of their rights, what their lore, and law, can teach us; and how we may protect them more by reimagining and re-awakening the 13th century lost charter, the Charter of the Forest. With GwyrddNi, Bangor University, Environmental Law Students (and open to all!) on Tree Rights
Saturday 6th May: nature walk, observing, mapping, installation and re-imagining Parc y Coleg for social, environmental and reproductive justice
Wednesday 10th May: Siarter y Coed Charter of Tree Rights - applying the charter in practice. Making banners and a manifesto/charter of the forest drawing on all results of the Experimental school to date
