Come along to this unique outdoor workshop exploring creative ways to understand, relate and connect to our "more-than-human" environment in the surroundings of the Menai Strait.
Following an introduction, participants will be invited to take part in a short, guided meditation. Participants will then explore and respond to the local environment through guided movements, and by interacting with natural materials, alongside members of the 'Utopias Bach' team. The group will then come together to share their thoughts and to contribute to 'A Manifesto of Inter-Species Kindness'.
This event will be delivered in Welsh and English. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available. All ages are welcome to attend, though this event has not been specifically tailored to suit young children. Please note that this event is due to take place outdoors. Suitable clothing and footwear are advised. If possible, please bring dark red, mustard yellow and/or brown clothing. If the weather is inclement, this activity will move indoors.

Yn dilyn cyflwyniad, bydd cyfranogwyr yn cael eu gwahodd i gymryd rhan mewn myfyrdod byr, dan arweiniad. Yna bydd cyfranogwyr yn archwilio ac yn ymateb i'r amgylchedd lleol trwy symudiadau tywys, a thrwy ryngweithio â deunyddiau naturiol, ochr yn ochr ag aelodau o dîm 'Utopias Bach'. Yna bydd y grŵp yn dod at ei gilydd i rannu eu meddyliau ac i gyfrannu at 'Maniffesto o Garedigrwydd Rhyngrywogaethau'.
Bydd y digwyddiad hwn yn cael ei gyflwyno yn Gymraeg ac yn Saesneg. Bydd te, coffi a bisgedi ar gael. Mae croeso i bob oedran fynychu, er nad yw'r digwyddiad hwn wedi'i deilwra'n benodol ar gyfer plant ifanc. Sylwch fod y digwyddiad hwn i fod i gael ei gynnal yn yr awyr agored. Cynghorir dillad ac esgidiau addas. Os bydd y tywydd yn arw, bydd y gweithgaredd hwn yn symud dan do i Adeilad George.
