Cysylltu… Connecting… Sound your voice - be heard - reconnect - recover!

Dyma ychydig o luniau o’r digwyddiad rhannu cyhoeddus, Pontio 14.1.24. Waw, am noson wych! Llongyfarchiadau mawr Ellen Davies a’r thîm! Cysylltu… Connecting yw cysylltu mewn grwp o fewn amgylchedd cefnogol, gan chwalu ffiniau ymddangosiadol rhwng dibyniaeth, iechyd meddwl a’r celfyddydau drwy greu tir cyffredin.

Here are a few pictures of the public sharing, Pontio 14.1.24. Wow, what a great night. It was almost sold out (85 tickets booked!. Huge congratulations to Ellen Davies and her team! Cysylltu… Connecting is about connection in a group within a supportive environment, breaking perceived boundaries between addiction, mental health and the arts by creating common ground.

There’s still time to visit the interactive exhibition at Pontio! Last day 30th January!
